In 2012, we launched an online claims system for members and producers. Over the last decade, we also launched a new online application process, our OrbitPay swipe cards for immediate eftpos payments after your medical treatment, along with other helpful processes.

We strive to address the issues in travel insurance – such as archaic systems, over-stuffed and expensive policies, and time-consuming claim processes.
